Bauer Products Locking Up RV Innovation

From one key for all doors to a simple, yet long overdue vent shade, this Michigan-based company wants to make life easier for owners and create easy sales opportunities for retailers.

  Early in his career, Bruce Bacon of Michigan-based Bauer Products worked on the propulsion system for the F-22 Raptor jet fighter as a civilian employee of the U.S. Air Force (1987 to 1993). Making locking door handles isn’t rocket science, or in Bacon’s case, isn’t jet airplane science. Bacon says it’s better.
